Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins



  • 400 g all-pupose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 400 g sugar
  • 250 ml vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 bananas, peeled and cut in pieces
  • 180 g chocolate chips





Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. In a bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. In different bowl, beat the sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients above and stir until blended. At the end, mix in bananas and chocolate chips.
Bake on the middle rack until the tops are golden brown and insert tooth pick into the center to check it come with no crumbs attached, in about 25 minutes
